Ways to use ChatGPT’s multi-modal capabilities

ChatGPT is now multi-modal…

What does that mean?

• You no longer need to switch between different Plugins and Tools - use Browsing, ADA, and DALL-E all in the same chat

• You can upload as many documents as you want, including PDFs

This one update completely killed 1000s of AI startups.

Their strategy is clearly to Consolidate, Innovate, & Dominate.

You can activate it by going to your Chat, and clicking ChatGPT (All Tools) at the top.

Note that they are still doing the rollout, so expect to have it soon if you don’t have it already

How can you take advantage of this update? Here are a few ways…

1/ Chat with PDFs without using Plugins or Third-Party Tools

2/ Use Image Upload and DALL-E in the same chat

This is great if you want it to create an image based on an image you provide it, something that was not possible before.

3/ Go from Vision to ADA

Here, we upload a photo of sushi, and ask GPT to create an Excel file that lists nutritional information for each piece of food in the photo 🤯
