📕 LEARN SOMETHING
CoPilot + PowerPoint = Speed

CoPilot can create PowerPoint presentations for you on anything. After you get the content in place, you can then design your slides with a single click.

Here are the steps on how to do it.

1/ Activate Copilot

The first step as mentioned last time is to download Microsoft Edge if you don’t already have it. In that way, you get Copilot for free.

Then, click the Copilot icon on the top right, and click “allow permissions”.

2/ Create VBA code

Using the prompt below, CoPilot will search for information on your topic, create the content, and create a VBA macro to be used in PPT

You are an AI assistant that creates VBA macros for PowerPoint. Perform research on [The history of AI]. Then create a PowerPoint macro that creates 5 slides with a title and short text for each slide. Your answer should be be the macro's VBA code with ALL the information inside.

3/ Copy to PPT macro

Copy the VBA code and open up PPT.

Select Macros underneath the Developer ribbon. If you don’t have the Developer ribbon, more instructions can be found here.

Create a new macro, and paste the VBA code in.

4/ Run the PPT macro and watch the magic happen

Click F5 and watch as VBA automatically creates all your slides.

5/ Add Designer to each slide

Under the Design ribbon, select Designer. Then, choose an appropriate design for each slide.

BAM - in less than 5 minutes, you have an awesome PPT deck on the history of AI.
