Write emails faster with Copilot 

If you work for a big company, chances are that your company is experimenting with Copilot for Microsoft 365.

One thing that you’re able to do now quickly respond to emails. How? Use Copilot to “formalize” your emails.

Sometimes, especially when you’re interacting with clients and customers, you want to say something quick like “sure thing, you down for lunch next week? we can go over project updates then”, but that’s too informal.

So, you take the precious minutes you have and try to “formalize” it, which wastes time.

Instead, use Copilot!

How to do it:

1. Go to Outlook, open an email, and reply to an email

2. Type in your short-form notes, like “sure thing, you down for lunch next week? we can go over project updates then“

3. Select “Draft with Copilot” and select “change tone”, and select “formal”

4. The message changes to “Certainly, would you be available for lunch next week? We can review the project updates at that time and discuss any other details that require attention. Please let me know which day is most convenient for you.“
