Excel efficiency tricks with ChatGPT 4 Vision

ChatGPT 4 can now hear and speak (shipped last week). If you’ve missed it, that means you can now only upload text, but also photos and voice. 

People have used the vision feature for fun things, like…

• asking it for the car model and year from a photo

• snapping a photo of a complicated sign and asking for clarification.

How can you use it work? Here are two things you can do in Excel with ChatGPT 4 that are mind-blowing 🤯!

1/ Create Excel Formulas

Now, we’ve admittedly done something like this before, but Vision completely changes the game, especially when prompting.

Instead of describing the Excel file, you can just take a screenshot, upload it, and ask ChatGPT to do the rest!

2/ Format Excel files

Here’s the crazy part. My Excel file is pretty basic, and I hate spending time to format it to make it look pretty.

Sure I can ask ChatGPT to help me do that, OR I can simply ask ChatGPT to write me a MACRO that I can simply copy and paste into Excel!

This is a game changer! My worksheet went from bad to great, while not having to do any of the formatting myself. I just uploaded the VBA Macro it gave me!

AI deepfake of Mr. Beast scams hundreds

AI deepfakes are impersonating real people and are scaming thousands.

Here is Mr. Beast’s deepfake ad that can fool everyone (including me!). In the fake Tiktok ad, MrBeast seemed to offer 10,000 viewers an iPhone 15 Pro for just $2.

The deceptive ad was removed by TikTok within hours due to policy violations.

Deepfake technology is becoming more accessible, misleading both young and older consumers. Tom Hanks and Gayle King recently alerted their followers about deepfake ads impersonating them.

The FTC warns about deepfake marketing, but it's challenging to regulate. Should they do more?

Also, be careful out there - people can AI deepfake your spouses, children, parents, everyone!
