Google Gemini 2.0 just came out, and it’s actually not bad. Unfortunately, Gemini right now has a “it sucks” vibe because of all its issues in its original chatbot (remember how “politically correct” it was?).

Use Copilot Studio to create knowledge agents

Copilot Studio is great if your company uses Microsft 365 - you can easily create and deploy knowledge agents on Teams.

For example, let’s say if you get bombarded with questions on HR (because you’re the HR manager). Well, simply create an agent, upload all your org’s HR practices and policies, and deploy it to Teams. Easy!

How to do it

1. Go to Copilot Studio and select “Create an Agent”

2. In the Knowledge section, upload your documents or add in a SharePoint Teamsite URL

3. Turn on “Generative Answers” and turn off “Use AI’s own knowledge”

4. Go to “Channels”, select “Teams”, and select “Deploy”

 Google Expands Gemini AI Models with New Features and Capabilities

Intelligence: Google has announced the general availability of its updated Gemini 2.0 Flash model, alongside various new AI models designed to enhance developer tools and support advanced coding tasks.

• Gemini 2.0 Flash is now publicly available for developers, offering low latency and enhanced performance for high-volume tasks.

• This model supports multimodal reasoning with a context window of 1 million tokens, making it adept at handling extensive information.

• An experimental version of Gemini 2.0 Pro has been released, boasting the best coding performance and the ability to process complex prompts with a 2 million-token context window.

• The new Gemini 2.0 Flash-Lite model has been introduced for cost efficiency, surpassing the previous 1.5 Flash in quality while retaining similar speed and pricing, suitable for generating captions for large sets of images.

• All models will initially support multimodal input, with further modalities becoming available in the future.

• Enhancements in the models include built-in safety measures, such as reinforcement learning techniques and automated red teaming to mitigate cybersecurity risks, including indirect prompt injection.
