Meta Releases Llama 3.2, Expanding AI Capabilities and Accessibility

Intelligence: Meta has launched Llama 3.2, a new version of its open AI model, which, includes smaller vision and text-only models for mobile and edge devices and is already enabled for Qualcomm and MediaTek hardware.

• The release includes small and medium-sized vision LLMs (11B and 90B) and lightweight, text-only models (1B and 3B), optimized for edge and mobile devices.

• These new models are state-of-the-art in their class for on-device use, including tasks like summarization and rewriting.
