OpenAI Teams Up with PwC to Expand ChatGPT’s Enterprise Tier

Intelligence: OpenAI has announced a major partnership with consulting giant PwC, making it the largest customer of OpenAI's ChatGPT’s enterprise tier, with plans to cover 100,000 users.

• PwC will be OpenAI’s first partner to resell the AI company’s enterprise offerings to other businesses. The partnership could significantly increase the number of users for ChatGPT’s enterprise tier, with potential expansion to PwC's global operations of 328,000 employees.

• PwC plans to use the AI tool to grow its business without necessarily adding more employees.

• OpenAI’s customer success team will support customers in deploying GenAI solutions, but the partnership with PwC will expand its capacity.

Significance: This partnership highlights how AI tools can be used to augment workforces and boost productivity without necessarily expanding the number of employees.
