Summarize incoming emails to Teams

This is a cool Power Automate flow I created the other day. I rarely look at my emails, maybe once a day. But, I do look at my Teams quite a bit.

So, I created a flow that takes my emails, determines if they’re important, and then sends me a Teams message summarizing it.

How it works:

1. Create a new Power Automate Flow that get’s triggered when an email arrives and then posts a message in a chat (chat with flow bot)

2. Add a “AI builder” step, with the following prompt: “Summarize the email from {To} into one sentence. Email: {Body}”. In Power Automate, replace {To} and {Body} with dynamic content from Step 1.

3. Save the flow. Now all your emails will be summarized and sent as Teams messages to you
