📕 LEARN SOMETHING
Automate repetitive emails
Writing and sending emails can be tedious, especially if they are repetitive.
Even more frustrating, you might be spending your precious time drafting identical responses or updates when you could be focusing on tasks that truly require your attention 🤦♀️
That’s where tool like Power Automate or Zapier step in, promising significant relief from these monotonous tasks.
Here is a quick way you can leverage this tool to put your email communication on autopilot ✈️
⏰ 1) Scheduled emails
Power Automate has many scheduled flow options that lets you send emails at whatever cadence your heart desires.
Simply create a Scheduled Cloud flow using the drag-and-drop tool, add the Outlook connector (AOL if you’re old-school 👴), and you’re on your way to creating a daily Good Morning email.
But… why stop there? Power Automate has tons of connectors that let you bring data from other apps.
Let’s use the Trello connector and add To-Do tasks into our daily email.
In about 5 minutes, you’ve automated a Project Manager’s daily ritual: sending unsolicited updates on tasks remaining to your team. 👮♂️

💥 TRENDING TOOL
Emails, SMS, socials all in one place with Front
You use Outlook for long emails. Slack for team short messages. Phone for iMessage. WhatsApp for your family group. And Telegram for your one friend who doesn’t trust the government.
Inefficient and annoying doesn’t even begin to describe the above.
It gets even worse when you need to manage multiple email addresses and forms of communication for your work
That’s what Front wants to solve - to keep everything in one place.
Specifically, Front:
Puts all your communication methods in one easy-to-use app
Add collaboration features; for example, you can comment internally on email threads instead of CC’ing and forwarding
Add workflows and automations to all your communication methods
If you’re still confused, this 2 minute video goes through it pretty well.
