Hello folks,
This is a pretty exciting one.
ChatGPT can be a great AI assistant, but it can’t interact with your apps (like email, calendar, tasks, etc.).
It was only a matter of time before someone took the power of Generative AI and LLMs, and combined it with the apps you use everyday.
See below to learn how you can use an AI assistant to remind you of tasks, schedule meetings, block time, and even take dedicated meeting notes.

📕 LEARN SOMETHING
How to use an AI exec assistant
Let’s get right into it.
Xembly is an app that adds the AI assistant Xena to all your usual business apps, like Gmail, Slack, and Zoom.
After you’ve got things set up, you can have your very own AI executive assistant.
1/ Add Xembly
Go to Xembly and enter in your email
Go through the onboarding steps to give Xembly permission to your Slack, Gmail, and Zoom, and get the Chrome Extension
2/ Open the Menu
When you open up Gmail, you’ll see a right-hand side banner. Select the chat icon at the bottom.
3/ Book a meeting
Let’s ask Xena to book a meeting with my colleague for 2pm today, and provide all the necessary details. This is exactly what you would tell a regular EA.
The best part? You can type it in any form you want (the power of LLMs).
You can even ask it to re-schedule, accept, or decline meetings.
It can also see your team’s calendars and find availability.
4/ Remind you of tasks
We’ve barely scratched the surface. It can even take meeting notes on Zoom, draft emails, and is learning new skills every day.
